Buckland is seeking an MX Air Operations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage an assigned customer portfolio within Air Operations in a fast-paced environment. The CSR will coordinate pre-alerts, customs clearance, delivery, and billing readiness, acting as the primary liaison among customers, Buckland, and service providers.
The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, proactive communication, and adherence to SLAs and SOPs, requiring strong collaboration with airlines, brokers,
