About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and innovative Specialist in Youth Sports Program Development to join their team in Toluca, State of Mexico. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and overseeing engaging and developmental sports programs tailored for young athletes. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong understanding of child development, sports psychology, and effective coaching methodologies. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive environment where young participants can develop their athletic skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive curriculum for youth sports programs across various disciplines. Create age-appropriate training plans and activities that focus on skill development, sportsmanship, and fun. Recruit, train, and mentor coaches and volunteers involved in youth sports programs. Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve participant engagement and outcomes. Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Organize and manage special events, clinics, and tournaments for youth participants. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and school administrators to communicate program details and progress.



Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in youth sports development and coaching. Manage program budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainability and growth. Promote the benefits of youth sports participation throughout the State of Mexico. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Child Development, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching, program development, or management of youth sports. Proven experience in curriculum design and implementation for children and adolescents. Strong knowledge of child psychology and developmental stages related to sports. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; coaching certifications are a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Demonstrated passion for working with young people and fostering their development through sports. Understanding of the local sports landscape in Toluca is beneficial. Benefits
