We are a fast-growing AI company with tens of thousands of business customers, and our affiliate and partner program is one of our biggest growth channels. We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own it end to end: recruiting partners, keeping them active, protecting the program, and showing up in person where our partners are. Company name shared on the first call.

What you’ll do

- Own the affiliate program end to end: recruitment, onboarding, activation, retention and revenue
- Recruit and close new affiliates and partners (creators, agencies, consultants, communities) and keep a pipeline of high-potential ones
- Manage a tiered commission structure and help partners move up tiers
- Run partner enablement: playbooks, media kits, promo assets, launch briefs and partner newsletters
- Track performance in the affiliate platform, report weekly on signups, conversions and revenue per partner, and double down on what works
- Monitor for fraud and policy violations (leaked coupon codes, self-referrals, brand bidding) and enforce program terms
- Represent the program at US events, conferences and partner meetups, and manage event sponsorships and in-person activations
- Run online partner events, webinars and summits
- Work with marketing, sales and product on launches so partners always have something new to promote





What we’re looking for

- 3+ years running an affiliate, partner or referral program, ideally for a SaaS or B2B product (we will ask about the numbers)
- A track record of growing partner-driven revenue, not just partner count
- Hands-on with affiliate platforms (PartnerStack, Impact, Rewardful, Dub or similar) and comfortable with tracking links, attribution and payouts
- Strong written and spoken English; you will be talking to partners every day
- A valid US visa, or a passport eligible for visa-free travel (ESTA), so you can travel to the United States for events several times a year. This is a hard requirement.
- Organized, proactive and able to run a program without being managed day to day

Nice to have

- Experience with creator, UGC or influencer programs
- Experience managing promo codes and preventing coupon abuse
- You have been an affiliate yourself and know what partners actually need
