? We're Hiring: Associate Lawyer | Mexico (Remote)

We're currently partnering with a integral technology company seeking an experienced lawyer to support its commercial contracting activities across the LATAM region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment, partnering closely with business, legal, finance, and compliance teams to drive complex agreements to completion.

? Location: Mexico (Remote)

⏳ Duration: 6-12 months, with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities

✅ Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements across LATAM.

✅ Support the launch and negotiation of public sector and commercial contracts.

✅ Partner with legal, finance, compliance, and business teams throughout the contracting process.

✅ Advise stakeholders on contracting procedures, legal requirements, and contract risks.

✅ Build strong relationships with internal clients and support contract negotiations through execution.





✅ Identify issues proactively and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.

What We're Looking For

✔ Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Mexico.

✔ 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

✔ Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience.

✔ Experience working in-house or in private practice supporting commercial transactions.

✔ Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

✔ Strong business judgment and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Experience with public sector contracting in LATAM is a plus.
