Responsibilities

What will you do in this role? As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will:

•Provide personalized, high-quality customer service in English and Spanish.•Actively listen to customers and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.•Provide clear and accurate information while supporting customer needs.•Focus on delivering a positive customer experience from the first interaction.•Manage multiple tasks while maintaining service quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS What are we looking for?•English proficiency:



B2+ / C1 (spoken and written).•Completed high school diploma.•Strong communication and customer service skills.•Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.•Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.•Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.•Customer service or Call Center experience is preferred.•Availability to work 100% Home Office with versátil/rotating schedules. And visit site office on Puebla City when needed. •Must be 18 years or older.•Complete employment documentation, including CURP, NSS, RFC/Tax Certificate, and any other required documents.•Must reside in Puebla.
