About the Role

Office Beacon is looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Virtual Assistant to support US-based insurance agencies with daily operations and administration. Depending on the assignment, you may support Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both.

What You’ll Do

- Support insurance quoting, renewals, endorsements and policy changes
- Enter and update customer and policy records in an Agency Management System
- Prepare applications, carrier submissions, Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards
- Process mortgagee, lienholder and additional insured updates
- Request loss runs, MVRs, claims information and underwriting documents
- Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients by phone, email and text
- Accurately capture Spanish-language conversations and document them in English
- Assist with billing, past-due follow-ups, telemarketing, appointment setting and lead generation

What You Bring

- Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English (required)




- At least 1 year of insurance experience (agency, carrier, brokerage or claims), OR at least 2 years in a regulated, technical, customer-facing or document-intensive industry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot missing or inconsistent information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to learn insurance terminology, systems and workflows quickly
- Willingness to work hours aligned with US client operations

Nice to Have

- US Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance experience
- Employee Benefits operations
- ACORD forms
- Agency systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, HawkSoft, QQ Catalyst, Nexsure or PL Rater
- Telemarketing or lead generation experience
