A day as a Culture Sr. Lead:

- Build the culture and engagement agenda

Identify the most important culture and engagement opportunities and translate them into focused priorities aligned with Dollarcity’s growth.
- Bring our culture and values to life

Turn Dollarcity’s values into practical behaviors, rituals, recognition practices and employee experiences that strengthen how we work together.
- Listen to our people and turn insights into action

Use employee feedback, data, focus groups and targeted conversations to understand what matters most and identify meaningful opportunities for improvement.
- Enable leaders to strengthen engagement





Partner with business leaders and HR teams to provide insights, tools and guidance that help them address team needs and follow through on commitments.
- Activate and measure culture initiatives

Coordinate culture, recognition and belonging initiatives, partnering with Internal Communications on campaigns and storytelling while measuring adoption and impact. What do you need to be successful?

- Experience in organizational culture, employee engagement, employee experience or a related field.
- Ability to diagnose organizational needs using qualitative and quantitative information.
- Strong facilitation, listening and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience designing and implementing practical culture or engagement initiatives.
- Ability to translate abstract culture concepts into clear behaviors and actionable solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders, HR and Internal Communications.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and building capabilities in a growing organization.
- A practical, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset, focused on meaningful outcomes.
- Advanced English and Spanish.
