Lead Oracle AI gets local service businesses (HVAC, roofing, electrical, auto repair, plumbing, child care) found on Google Maps and AI search. Our sales team signs new clients every week. We're hiring a Client Success Manager to own those clients after the sale, including building their websites with Claude.

Fully remote. Paid in USD. US business hours.

What you'll do

- Run the onboarding call with each new client (we give you the deck and the script)
- Build and launch each client's website using Claude and our site-building system, then make their requested edits
- Collect what we need from the client (Google Business Profile access, domain, photos) and follow up until it's in
- Reply to client texts and emails within the hour during US business hours
- Run monthly check-ins: show clients their rankings and calls, and catch unhappy clients before they cancel
- Work a daily action queue in our dashboard, so you always know what's next

Who you are

- 1+ years in a client-facing role: account management, customer success, client onboarding, or agency support
- Clear,



warm written and spoken English. You'll talk to US business owners all day
- Hands-on with Claude: you've used claude.ai or Claude Code to build real things like websites, landing pages, or automations. Coding background not required
- Organized enough to juggle dozens of clients without anything slipping through the cracks
- An owner, not a ticket-taker. You chase the client who went quiet and fix problems before they complain
- Bonus: Spanish, GoHighLevel, or Local SEO/Google Business Profile experience

Compensation

- Monthly base paid in USD
- Monthly performance bonus for keeping clients, onboarding them fast, and moving them onto bigger plans
