We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer-focused mindset, solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong sense of accountability and commitment to service. The idóneo candidate understands how to lead and oversee customer service operations for both domestic and international customers, ensuring proactive and timely communication, as well as the effective management and resolution of incidents, complaints, and claims.

Educational requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Experience:





- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience coordinating teams.
- Experience monitoring and analyzing service performance metrics.
