}Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency.

• 4-6 years of experience in Employee Experience, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, Culture & Engagement, or related areas.

• Proven experience planning and executing employee events, engagement activities, tournaments, celebrations, campaigns, recognition programs, or company-wide initiatives.

• Experience creating programs that promote employee participation, engagement, and sense of belonging.

• Knowledge of employee engagement, organizational climate, and employee listening methodologies.

• Experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining job descriptions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor's degree required.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.

• Experience in manufacturing environments.

• Candidates with primary experience in recruiting, staffing, payroll, personnel administration, or employee relations without ownership of engagement and culture programs may not be the best fit for this role.





Position Purpose

• Drive a positive and engaging employee experience through culture, communication, recognition, employee listening, and engagement initiatives.

• Strengthen employee connection to BAC's values, culture, and business objectives.

• Coordinate employee experience programs while ensuring the standardization and maintenance of job descriptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead employee engagement and organizational climate surveys, analyze results, and support action planning.

• Develop and implement initiatives that reinforce company culture, values, and desired behaviors.

• Coordinate employee listening activities, including pulse surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions.

• Manage the internal communication calendar to ensure timely and effective messaging.

• Plan and execute employee events, campaigns, celebrations, tournaments, recognition programs, and engagement activities.

• Identify opportunities to improve key moments throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Coordinate the creation, review, standardization, and maintenance of job descriptions.

• Support organizational change initiatives through communication and engagement strategies.

• Track, analyze, and report employee engagement and experience metrics.

• Maintain a regular presence on the production floor to understand employee needs and gather feedback.
