Integral Mobility & Immigration Specialist The Mobility & Immigration Specialist will be the main point of contact for domestic and international global and regional mobilizations, assisting employees, business leaders, and HRBPs through the mobilization life cycle. The Specialist will assist with securing and maintaining work visas in multiple countries. The position will also support the Global Mobility Manager in developing a world-class, innovative mobility program with a strong commitment to positive employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:

- Effectively partners with the business, various corporate functions and HRBP’s to provide advice and guidance on mobility issues and strategies in multiple countries and regions.
- Be the regional point of contact for mobility consultations, policies, programs, and governance.
- Partners with the equity program manager and tax vendor to source income in multiple jurisdictions




- Responsible for consulting and partnering with immigration providers to develop immigration strategy, and secure/maintain work visas throughout the region.
- Support for processes and projects in the USA, LATAM and Mexico
- Interaction with directors and managers

Requirements:

- 3+ years of corporate mobility, tax and immigration-related experience
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Minimum intermediate user of the Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Excellent written and oral communications skills required, including skills in responding to employees with tact and diplomacy
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Detail oriented; able to ‘connect the dots’ to see the bigger picture of related issues
