We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources to support U.S. HR operations.

The idóneo candidate is highly organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in U.S. employment practices, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and FSA plans.
- Maintain HRIS records, generate reports, and conduct HR audits.
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support multi-state payroll processing, payroll taxes, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and OSHA.
- Assist with performance management,



employee relations, and HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience.
- Knowledge of U.S. HR practices, employment laws, and benefits administration.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Paycor).
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll and tax requirements.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
