Are you an experienced logistics leader with a strong background in Intra-US LTL transportation and team management? We're looking for a driven professional to lead a team of planners, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement within our fast-paced logistics environment.

What You'll Do:

As the Manager, MX Operations, you will lead a team of planners while ensuring service execution, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will serve as a key liaison between operations, leadership, customers, and carriers to resolve issues, improve performance, and maintain accountability across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of planners to achieve operational and reporting goals.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of operational reports and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve escalations from customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership and the operations team.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to drive performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation and follow-up on operational issues through resolution.
- Hold team members accountable for service, quality, and compliance standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and teamwork.





What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✅ Hands-on experience managing or supporting Intra-US LTL operations is required.

✅ Strong knowledge of:

- LTL (Less Than Truckload) transportation
- Carrier management
- Service recovery
- Routing and shipment execution within the U.S. market

✅ 3+ years of experience in Management ✅ 2+ years of Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage experience

✅ English fluency (written and verbal).

✅ Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make operational decisions.

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous leadership or people management experience.
- Experience within freight brokerage, 3PL, transportation, or logistics operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
