About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Project Manager to lead a complex retail technology engagement in Mexico.

The selected professional will oversee end-to-end delivery planning, governance, budget, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, cutover readiness, and transition to support.

Key responsibilities

- Own project scope, delivery planning, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and governance.
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations.
- Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data, testing, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Drive executive and steering-committee reporting.
- Manage customer communication and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee cutover readiness and transition to application support.

Required qualifications

- 12–18 years of relevant experience.




- Proven project-management experience in Oracle Retail or Oracle Fusion engagements.
- Experience managing implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations, or application-support programs.
- High-level understanding of the Oracle Retail landscape, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover.
- Experience in project planning, governance, budgeting, resource coordination, RAID management, and executive reporting.
- Strong customer, vendor, and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills.
- Spanish-language skills.

Nice to have

- Experience with Oracle Retail SaaS Cloud and retail-transformation programs.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or an equivalent project-management certification.
- Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and managed-services delivery models.
- Experience managing geographically distributed and multilingual teams
