WE’RE HIRING — PERSONAL ASSISTANT | MEXICO CITY ??

I’m looking for a Personal Assistant to join me in Polanco, Mexico City, supporting both my personal affairs and the day-to-day needs of MyHomemaker, a growing premium home-support company focused on helping people reclaim their time.

This is an in-person position, starting at 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time (40 hours/week) role as we grow.

- Comfortable with technology, online tools, and learning new software

- Proactive — someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and highly discreet
- Comfortable handling both personal and business-related tasks
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Typical responsibilities may include:

- Managing schedules, appointments, and personal tasks




- Researching and coordinating services, purchases, reservations, and errands
- Supporting MyHomemaker with administrative and operational tasks
- Organizing information, documents, and projects
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and service providers
- Helping with research, planning, and special projects
- Finding solutions and taking care of tasks from start to finish

Compensation:

? Starting at $7,000 MXN/month for 20 hours/week, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and the potential to transition to full-time.

? Location: Polanco, Mexico City

? Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours/week → potential for 40 hours/week

? Start date: ASAP

Please note that the interview will be conducted entirely in English, so strong conversational English is essential.
