Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Process Delivery Specialist in Procurement Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), you will manage internal transactions related to ordering and receiving services and handle procurement data. You will conduct daily process transactions, identify opportunities for process and operational improvements, and work to maximize the efficiency of transaction-flow and reporting.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

- Manage Internal Transactions: Conduct daily process transactions, ensuring accurate and timely ordering and receiving of services, and handle procurement data to maintain efficient transaction-flow and reporting.
- Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyze current processes and operations to identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support Vendor Engagement: Assist in vendor engagement and contracting processes, including product research, cost analysis, inventory control, contract negotiation, vendor management, supplier evaluation, purchasing, and supply chain activities.
- Execute Procurement Activities: Perform procurement-related tasks,



such as purchasing and supply chain activities, to ensure effective execution of procurement processes.
- Maintain Efficiency: Work to maximize the efficiency of transaction-flow and reporting, ensuring that procurement processes are executed effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise

- Exposure to Procurement Processes: Experience working with procurement systems, conducting daily process transactions, and handling procurement data to maintain efficient transaction-flow and reporting.
- Understanding of Operational Improvements: Familiarity with analyzing current processes and operations to identify areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Basic Knowledge of Vendor Management: Exposure to vendor engagement and contracting processes, including product research, cost analysis, and inventory control.
- Experience with Transaction Management: Experience working with transaction management systems to ensure accurate and timely ordering and receiving of services.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Activities: Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain activities to ensure effective execution of procurement processes.
