Product Engineering Senior Engineer

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to support Current Product Maintenance (CPM), New Product Introduction (NPI), Supplier Development, and Product Validation. The role will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and suppliers throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Support product design changes, improvements, and root cause investigations.
- Support NPI activities from development through production launch.




- Participate in DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R;, design reviews, and validation activities.
- Support supplier evaluation, localization, and technical development.
- Coordinate product testing and validation.
- Drive product quality, reliability, and cost improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Validation, or related areas.
- Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, agricultural, construction, or off-highway machinery.
- Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R;, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience with CAD tools such as Creo, CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks.
- Experience working with suppliers.
- Fluent English.
