Your Mission: What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer, you will drive key initiatives, solve complex challenges, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help our clients scale and succeed.

- Design, build, and ship high-quality features across the product.
- Use AI coding tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) every day to plan, write, test, and refactor code faster, while carefully reviewing AI-generated code for quality, security, and correctness.
- Write clean, tested, and maintainable code, and take part in code reviews.
- Work closely with product and design to turn requirements into well-built solutions.
- Design and maintain APIs, services, and data models.
- Monitor, debug, and improve application performance, reliability, and security.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and engineering workflows.

Who You Are: What Makes You a Great Fit

Core Must-Haves

- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Hands-on,



day-to-day experience with AI-assisted coding (required): using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to ship production code.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern language such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience building and scaling web applications and APIs.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, cloud infrastructure, and software design principles.
- Experience with Git, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
- Clear written English and strong async communication.

Bonus Points (Superpowers)

- Certifications: AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications.
- Technical Exposure: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability tools, and building LLM-powered features or agentic workflows.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
