About Us

We are a growing real estate and hospitality group serving Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We specialize in vacation rental and property management, with additional services in real estate, construction, renovations, interior design, and furnishing.

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven manager who can win new business, build strong owner relationships, and keep property operations running smoothly.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will help grow our property management portfolio while coordinating the team responsible for delivering our services. This is a hands-on role combining sales, owner relations, and operational leadership.

You should be equally comfortable presenting our services to a prospective owner, inspecting a property, and following through with the team to resolve an issue.

What You’ll Do

Grow the business

- Identify and approach property owners seeking vacation rental or property management services.
- Build referral relationships with real estate agents, developers, and local partners.
- Conduct property visits, present proposals, and close management agreements.
- Maintain a sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Identify opportunities for maintenance, renovations, interior design, and furnishing services.

Manage owner relationships

- Provide proactive updates and respond promptly to owner requests.
- Set clear expectations regarding services, costs, and property requirements.




- Coordinate approvals for repairs, replacements, and improvements.
- Take ownership of concerns and follow through until they are resolved.

Oversee operations

- Coordinate with property management, housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations teams.
- Oversee onboarding, including inspections, inventories, documentation, photography, and listing preparation.
- Track outstanding tasks and hold team members and suppliers accountable.
- Monitor service quality, expenses, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Provide hands-on support and respond to urgent operational issues when needed.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in vacation rentals, property management, or hospitality operations.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close business, and maintain client relationships.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent follow-through and the ability to work independently.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Playa del Carmen and Tulum.
- Confidence using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and property management software.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel regularly between properties.
- Availability to work in person, with flexibility for occasional urgent matters outside regular hours.
