GH Logistics is a growing US-based freight brokerage and asset-based logistics company specializing in dry van and reefer freight. Our operations are built on strong systems, clear communication, accountability, and reliable execution.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Track & Trace Assistant – Quality Assurance to help prevent freight fraud, reduce operational risks, and ensure every booked load is properly verified and ready before pickup. If you have hands-on experience in US freight operations, are comfortable communicating with drivers and dispatchers, and know how to spot inconsistencies before they become bigger problems, we'd like to hear from you.

Role Overview
Every day, our company books trucks to move freight across the United States. Before those trucks pick up, our Quality Assurance team verifies that the assigned drivers are legitimate, qualified, properly documented, and prepared to execute their loads. You'll review next-day shipments, coordinate with carrier dispatch teams, verify commercial driver's licenses (CDLs), confirm tracking readiness, and conduct driver check calls to validate shipment details.

Your primary responsibility is to prevent fraud, minimize operational risks, and support on-time pickup performance. This is a hands-on operational role requiring attention to detail, proactive follow-ups, sound judgment, and the confidence to question information that doesn't add up.

What You’ll Be Doing

Load Verification & Fraud Prevention

- Ensure every booked load has its rate confirmation sent to the correct carrier.
- Contact carrier dispatch teams through phone, email, and communication channels to obtain complete driver information for next-day pickups.
- Review commercial driver's licenses (CDLs) and verify their validity through approved verification procedures.
- Identify inconsistencies in driver identities, contact details, carrier information, and load assignments.
- Immediately escalate suspicious activity or potential fraud indicators and notify Carrier Sales of carrier-related concerns.

Driver Coordination & Tracking

- Enter and maintain accurate driver information in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Assign and confirm GPS tracking through designated tracking platforms.
- Send CDL verification links to assigned drivers and follow up on outstanding verification requirements.
- Conduct outbound check calls to confirm drivers understand pickup and delivery locations, appointment times, and required equipment.
- For team-driver loads,

confirm both assigned drivers are together and heading toward pickup.
- Follow up consistently on assigned loads to ensure all required verification steps are completed before execution.

Documentation & Operational Communication

- Monitor assigned loads to confirm driver details, tracking assignments, CDL verification requests, and check calls are completed.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely notes in the TMS and operational dashboards.
- Coordinate with Carrier Sales, Track & Trace, and Operations to resolve missing information or discrepancies.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly to prevent missed pickups, tracking gaps, or potential security risks.
- Follow established SOPs and maintain organized verification records for operational visibility and accountability.

What Success Looks Like

- Every assigned next-day load is reviewed before pickup.
- Rate confirmations are sent to the correct carriers.
- Driver information is complete and accurately entered into the TMS.
- Tracking is assigned and verified.
- CDL verification links are sent and required checks are followed through.
- Driver check calls are completed and documented.
- Potential fraud indicators and operational discrepancies are identified and escalated immediately.
- Sales, Operations, and Management have clear visibility into each load's verification status.

Who We’re Looking For

- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in a US freight brokerage, trucking carrier, or third-party logistics (3PL) company, preferably in dispatch, Track & Trace, carrier operations, or logistics quality assurance.
- Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) to review, update, and document shipment information.
- Familiarity with GPS shipment-tracking platforms.
- Comfortable making high volume outbound phone calls in English to US-based drivers and carrier dispatch teams.
- Understanding of US trucking operations, including driver assignments, pickup and delivery appointments, equipment requirements, and basic CDL verification.
- Ability to review information from multiple sources, identify discrepancies, and investigate concerns before escalating.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple loads, prioritize urgent tasks, and follow up consistently without constant supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to follow established SOPs.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.

Work Setup & Schedule

- Work Arrangement: Full-Time Remote | Direct Engagement with a US Company
- Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday 8 AM - 5 PM CDT | Tuesday - Saturday 7 AM - 4 PM CDT

- Work Setup: Reliable internet connection, back up internet & power supply, and a suitable remote workspace are required.

What You'll Get

- Long-Term Opportunity: This is an ongoing operational role, not seasonal or project-based.
- Monthly Stipend: $75 monthly insurance stipend, with eligibility beginning after 30 days of engagement.
- Regular Payment Schedule: Payments processed twice monthly according to established payroll schedules.
