Bespoke Psychiatry is a fast-growing psychiatric practice dedicated to delivering the highest quality of mental health care in long-term care settings across numerous locations throughout the United States.

Why this role exists

To support our rapid expansion as our operations team scales from ~86 to 140 staff members, this Human Resources role drives full-cycle recruitment logistics and onboarding execution. By establishing seamless candidate pipelines and airtight personnel tracking, you will ensure predictable cohort start dates and operational continuity across expanding teams.

What you will do

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Execute full-cycle recruitment logistics, including job board management, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer extension, and background check verification.
- Internal Mobility Administration: Manage internal promotion postings, documentation, and operational transition tracking.
- Onboarding Logistics: Partner closely with the Training Lead to coordinate day-one setup, including employment contracts, platform credentials, system access provisioning, and orientation schedules.
- Master Roster & Data Integrity: Maintain the master employee roster in real time, ensuring high-accuracy data to support workforce capacity planning and operational reporting.
- People Operations Support: Assist the HR Supervisor with paid time off (PTO) tracking, basic benefits administration,



and day-to-day employee inquiries.

What we are looking for

- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, talent acquisition, HR operations, or onboarding administration within remote or distributed team environments.
- High-Volume Coordination: Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume hiring pipelines, deadlines, and onboarding schedules concurrently.
- Technical & Data Skills: Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheet tools (formulas, data hygiene, and tracking templates).
- Confidentiality & Compliance: High standard of professional discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive employee records and PII.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish (essential for cross-functional collaboration and documentation).

What success looks like at 90 days

- Cohort Readiness: Consistently filled all designated cohort roles well ahead of scheduled onboarding start dates.
- Day-One Success: Achieved 100% day-one readiness for new cohorts across platform credentials, hardware/software access, and schedule coordination.
- Data Accuracy: Established and maintained an audit-ready, real-time master roster with zero discrepancies while managing routine talent acquisition pipelines.
