Why this role exists

As Bespoke Psychiatry scales rapidly, data integrity and actionable operational intelligence are paramount. We are seeking a highly analytical, self-directed Business Analyst to lead the execution of our performance measurement systems. In this role, you will analyze large datasets, identify operational bottlenecks, and translate numbers into strategic recommendations that optimize our daily workflows and patient-support operations.

What you will do

- KPI Architecture & Data Tracking: Design, implement, and maintain structured data collection workflows to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, scheduling, customer support, and service delivery.
- In-Depth Data Analysis: Analyze large, multi-source datasets using advanced Excel modeling and pivot tables to uncover performance trends, bottlenecks, and efficiency opportunities.
- Operational Forecasting: Project future staffing, operational capacity, and resource needs based on historical trend analysis and growth trajectories.
- Process Optimization: Investigate root causes behind critical performance metrics (e.g., turnaround times, missed call volumes, SLA adherence) and propose data-backed corrective measures.
- Executive Reporting & Storytelling: Build and present clear, data-driven monthly reports and dashboards,



articulating complex technical insights to cross-functional leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with Operations, Training, and HR teams to turn analytical discoveries into concrete, measurable process improvements.
- Independent Project Ownership: Manage multiple analytical priorities concurrently, ensuring timely delivery with minimal day-to-day supervision.

What we are looking for

- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or a closely related data-focused role.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, nested logic, advanced pivot tables, data hygiene, and performance modeling).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable operational narratives. (Spanish fluency is a valuable plus).
- Analytical Problem Solver: Strong critical-thinking skills with a demonstrated passion for diagnosing operational inefficiencies and structuring clean datasets.
- Autonomy & Reliability: Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
