processes and finished goodsSupplier and co‑manufacturer evaluation and developmentCross‑functional partnership with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D; and corporate teamsLeading and growing a high‑performing technical teamContinuous‑improvement initiatives that cut waste, rework, rejections, complaints and cost of poor qualityWhat you bringDegree in Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry (QFB), Biochemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or a related field8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ in Quality/Food Safety in food manufacturingHands‑on experience leading technical teams and working directly with ProductionStrong command of HACCP, FSSC 22000, PCQI, GMP/PRPs, CAPA, Food Defense, Food Fraud and root cause analysisExperience with management systems, audits, supplier management and non‑conforming productEnglish: B2 or higherMust have: proven experience with AAA customer audits and international food safety schemes (GFSI)Why this role mattersReal impact: your decisions shape a fast‑growing brand sold in two countriesVisibility: work closely with leadership and every area of the businessGrowth: the role grows with the company.
