As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, sales-oriented Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results. Drive Enrollment Growth
• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
• Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems Customer Relationship Building
• Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
• Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
• Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience Sales Execution
• Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
• Overcome objections and close enrollments
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets Bilingual Customer Support
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
• Ensure all families feel supported, informed,

• Work closely with operations and program teams

• Background in inside sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition

• Strong Communication Skills
• Confident, clear, and engaging communicator
• Excellent interpersonal skills with both adults and youth
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
