The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Lending Operations Manager to lead our Mexico operations from our Juárez office in Mexico City. You will oversee the entire consumer lending cycle — from underwriting to disbursement, collections, recoveries, and legal — ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with our growth objectives.
Build and lead multidisciplinary teams (collections, legal, logistics) to deliver operational excellence.
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business plan targets.
Lead operational projects supporting product expansion and market growth.
Ensure high-quality customer service and effective debt recovery processes.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance,



Economics, or related field.5+ years in operations management within the financial or fintech sector, ideally consumer lending.
Proven track record leading high-performance teams.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Advanced data analysis skills and comfort with technology-driven solutions.
