About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting customer satisfaction and manufacturing continuity by managing customer inquiries, coordinating order fulfillment activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position serves as a key link between customers, sales, supply chain, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage complex customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone and electronic communication.
Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, shipping,



and contract manufacturing teams to support order fulfillment and delivery commitments.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update databases to support reporting and operational needs.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes while supporting OTD and business performance objectives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience supporting customers within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Advanced English communication skills (C1 level or higher). Experience using SAP and strong planning, coordination, and demand management skills.
Experience supporting contract manufacturing operations.
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment supporting operational and commercial teams.
