Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements. Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies. Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer. The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related).
- PTH: Wave Soldering, Selective Soldering, Thermal Profiling, Flux Management.
- Assembly & Test: ICT, Functional Test, End-of-Line Testing, System Integration.
- Conformal Coating, Underfill, Staking, Potting, Encapsulation, Adhesive Dispensing.
- Quality Tools: PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, GR&R;, DOE,
