As a Claims Support Coordinator, you can make a world of difference to our policyholders in the moments when they need you the most; from helping them deal with holiday losses, to catastrophic events like accidents, fires and hurricanes. Processing different basic claim activities, such as maintaining assignation databases Experience of insurance operations, claims or a related area would be useful, but is not essential as you'll be given a thorough induction and ongoing training. Crucially, you'll need the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (with Portuguese a plus).
