What success looks like in this role:
- Provides Network Operations support for small / medium projects.
- Works with Network Operations team members to interpret client and business needs and translate them into business, application, system, technical and operational requirements.
- Determines impact on existing applications and databases based on requirements.
- Coordinates the testing of new features and bug fixes, developing test cases and plans and performing user acceptance testing.
- You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Networking & Security Protocols: Experience with network devices, Cisco and Cisco Meraki.
- Proficient in cloud and network security platforms like SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Infoblox, etc.
- Strong knowledge in network monitoring tools and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.
ITIL).
- Experience in handling data center, NOC, and SOC environments.
- Certifications: CCNA or CCNP.
