Job Summary Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Juarez Site Reporting to the Quality Manager the Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‐grade assemblies. Develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of products and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define company policies, operating procedures, and quality goals. Develop, defining control areas, personnel requirements, and operational procedures. Lead and participate in meetings with design and engineering teams to coordinate functions, review policies, and establish procedures to achieve quality objectives. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the quality of newly designed products and resolve issues in products already in production. Support manufacturing of robust electronic boards used in server applications,



ensuring compliance with stringent reliability standards. Lead and mentor medium‐sized teams of quality technicians and auditors across multiple shifts. Advanced English communication skills. Proven experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, especially with high reliability products (manufacturing process PCBA, SMT, test, assembly). Solid understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes for electronic components Data Analys Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Strong command of quality tools and methodologies including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D problem solving. Customer‐focused mindset and experience working with quality standards such as ISO.
