You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also maximize ROI and business value.
Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiativesEnsure alignment between business strategy, financial goals, and project executionEstablish and oversee project governance frameworks and KPIsOwn project financials include:



Budget planning and forecasting Cost tracking and variance analysisPartner with Finance to ensure financial discipline across all projectsDrive data-backed investment decisions and prioritizationDevelop and maintain executive dashboards and performance metricsTranslate large datasets into clear insights and recommendationsWork closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teamsThe experience we're looking to add to our team:BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
Strong experience in Project / Portfolio Management.
Strong communication skill (English and Spanish). Strong background in financial analysis within project environments.
Proven experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios.
Financial modeling (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting), Data analysis and visualization tools.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, integral manufacturing environment with exposure to complex operational challenges.
