HR Services Manager We are seeking an HR Services Manager to translate PPG's business strategy into people actions to ensure company results through people. This role reports to the Latam HR Business Services Head and is based in Mexico City. Design and oversee HR projects that enhance performance and strengthen organizational capability. Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders and HR, ensuring solutions address specific organizational needs. Support leaders in change management, organizational design, and culture transformation through on-site presence. Lead core HR processes including talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, learning & development, engagement and retention. Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with Federal Labor Law, internal policies and integral HR standards. Collaborate with internal HR partners and COEs such as Talent and Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee & Labor Relations, Payroll, PPSC and HRBPs. Participate in audits,



continuous improvement programs and regional/global HR projects. Provide senior management with dashboards, insights and recommendations that inform decision‐making. Bachelor's degree or Engineering. +5 years in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial position. Experience managing multiple HR processes and tools. Experience integrating HR solutions within complex, matrixed or multinational organization. Fluent in English. Benefits include a pension plan, medical and life insurance.
