As a Regional Engineering Manager at JLL, you'll lead engineering and maintenance operations across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment with client objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee multiple sites, manage cross-functional teams, and drive performance improvements while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and asset integrity. You'll balance hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and capital planning initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Lead and support engineering teams, developing high-performance teams. Provide leadership, direction,



and support to property management field organizations and territory team leaders, coaching Regional Managers, General Managers, Chief Engineers, and other engineering leaders. Support new business opportunities and acquisitions, including proposals, client presentations, building assessments, and staffing. Ensure strategic management and optimization of building systems within property budget guidelines. Ensure portfolio-wide compliance with safety codes and policies, instituting safety training programs as needed. 10+ years of related experience, especially as a Senior Chief Engineer or Engineering Manager. Outstanding knowledge of utility management, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems in commercial properties. 5+ years of experience managing an engineering/maintenance team, including hiring, training, and coaching employees. Full bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) and strong customer service and communication skills.
