Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Web Designer, Design Systems to lead how client design systems are built. You extract patterns from brands and reference sites to a token-based system with variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can run predictably.
This senior, systems-first role concentrates on rapid, accurate system delivery across multiple brands, not one-off pages or maintenance. Fluency in English and US business hours overlap are essential.
