Landing, Inc. is hiring a Customer Support Analyst to assist guests from booking through move-out. Based in our Polanco office, you’ll handle calls, chats, and emails, coordinating moves and resolving issues with our Field Operations team and hosts. The role requires English proficiency and a year of customer service experience.
You’ll work on-site in Mexico City, five days a week, with shift variability. Benefits include salary, bonus potential, vouchers, and health coverage.
