We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our integral team and enhance our Salesforce Service Cloud environment, delivering scalable CRM solutions and seamless integrations to improve customer service and support processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Configure and optimise Service Cloud functionalities, including Case Management, Service Console, queues, Omni-Channel routing, and service automation.
• Design and improve service workflows, including case assignment, escalation, and resolution.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration patterns.
• Collaborate with enterprise IT teams on middleware-based integrations, including Informatica and SAP.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, support deployments, and ensure solution quality, security, and data consistency.
• Work with Customer Service, Operations,



and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Working knowledge of Service Cloud features, particularly case management, Service Console, and service automation.
• Experience developing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, APIs, and integration best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work core hours aligned with U.
S. Eastern Time. Nice to have:
• Experience with Omni-Channel routing, Salesforce Knowledge, entitlement management, and SLAs.
• Familiarity with Informatica, SAP integrations, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of OAuth, Connected Apps, and integration security.
• Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-powered customer service solutions.  Our offer:
