BairesDev, a leading technology company, is hiring a Full-stack Python AI Engineer to own features end to end in an enterprise AI assistant, spanning backend services, RAG pipelines, and frontend interfaces. You’ll work across the stack with a backend emphasis (approx.
70/30) and contribute to production-grade AI systems. You'll collaborate with integral teams, use LangChain/LlamaIndex tooling, and adapt to a design system while validating agent behavior against evaluation sets.
