Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role, leading day‑to‑day delivery of BPO projects, ownership, and client communication to keep teams aligned with expectations.
You will report to the Senior Client Success Manager / Mexico Head of Operations and work with clients, team leads, and leadership to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement. This English‑speaking, remote role offers exposure to senior leadership and a integral, collaborative environment.
