About the Role Our client is looking for a highly analytical and market-savvy Especialista en Criptoactivos y Mercados to join their growing team. This position, based in Saltillo, Coahuila, MX , will focus on the analysis, trading, and strategic management of digital assets. You will play a key role in identifying market trends, evaluating investment opportunities, and developing strategies to optimize our client's portfolio of cryptoassets. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of financial markets, a passion for blockchain technology, and a proven track record in digital asset management. Key Responsibilities Analyze market trends, price movements, and trading volumes of various cryptoassets.
Develop and implement trading strategies for digital assets, focusing on risk management and profit maximization.
Conduct in-depth research on new and existing cryptoassets, including their underlying technology, use cases, and tokenomics.
Monitor blockchain networks and news for potential impacts on market positions.
Manage and rebalance cryptoasset portfolios according to defined strategies.
Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.
Prepare detailed reports on market performance, portfolio status, and investment recommendations.




Identify and assess new investment opportunities within the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
Stay current with industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial markets, trading, or investment analysis, with a significant focus on cryptoassets.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
Proven experience in market analysis, quantitative analysis, and risk management.
Proficiency in using trading platforms and analytical tools.
Excellent research and reporting skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions in a volatile market.
