Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers (AI Training) to shape how AI systems learn to write and reason about code. This fully remote, hourly contract role involves hands-on engineering, evaluating AI outputs, and giving expert feedback to improve AI coding assistants.
You’ll work across languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript) and help ensure code is correct, efficient, and secure. Adaptable scheduling and remote collaboration enable independent, high-impact work.
