We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher with a strong background in freight brokerage to join our growing team
Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch loads efficiently and on time.
Work directly with carriers, drivers, and customers.
Negotiate rates and secure capacity with carriers.
Track shipments and provide proactive updates.
Manage multiple loads and priorities simultaneously.
Resolve operational issues and communicate effectively with all parties.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in dispatching and/or freight brokerage.
Strong knowledge of the U.S. freight and trucking industry.
Experience working with carriers, brokers, and customers.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
