Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.





Strive to provide first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understanding of company offerings.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.

A patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and service procedures.

Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, contributing both remotely and from the office in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco .
