Key Responsibilities Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Support the analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Help create process flow diagrams and other visual representations of business operations.
Participate in data analysis to support business case development and decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliverables.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.




Research industry trends and best practices relevant to business analysis.
Help maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.
Contribute to ad-hoc analytical tasks and problem-solving as needed.
Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with business analysis concepts or tools (e.g., Visio, UML) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

Residing in or able to commute to Oaxaca City, Oaxaca .
