Landing seeks a Customer Support Analyst to assist guests by phone, chat, and email from booking through departure in our Polanco office in Mexico City. You will coordinate move-ins/move-outs, escalate issues to Field Operations, and keep guests informed until resolutions are delivered.
You will work in English daily with US teams. Expect growth in hospitality and customer experience with a hands-on, non-scripted support culture.
