Resolv General is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This hands-on role requires BPO experience, ownership, and confident client communication to keep people, processes, and priorities moving forward.
You will support day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, working with clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure expectations are met and performance stays on track. Strong client relationships and KPI oversight are essential.
