About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Management Specialist to lead critical initiatives within their organization, based in Naucalpan, State of Mexico . This role is integral to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, aligning with strategic business objectives. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, while fostering effective communication among all project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
Manage project execution, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Lead and motivate project teams,



fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
PMP certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management, leading diverse and complex projects.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving aptitude and decision-making skills.
Experience working within the Naucalpan, State of Mexico area is preferred.
