NeoWork is hiring Data & Reporting Analysts to turn operational and sales data into clear, actionable insights for U.S. clients. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and help teams move from reactive to proactive decision-making.
NeoWork is a integral staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast‑growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on key business metrics
Clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from CRMs, dialers, and operational systems
Monitor KPIs daily and flag trends, risks, and anomalies
Translate data into clear recommendations for managers and client stakeholders
Automate manual reporting processes where possible
Document data definitions and reporting logic
2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Power Query, pivot tables, formulas)
Experience with SQL and/or a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau,



or Looker
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Good written and spoken English for presenting insights
Ability to work independently and prioritize requests
Based in Mexico, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot reporting
Python or scripting experience for automation

This is a 100% home-based position
