Key Responsibilities Diseñar y desarrollar currículos y materiales de aprendizaje utilizando principios de diseño instruccional y teorías de aprendizaje.

Colaborar con expertos en la materia para asegurar la precisión y relevancia del contenido educativo.

Requirements Experiencia comprobada en diseño instruccional, preferiblemente en entornos de aprendizaje en línea.
Dominio de herramientas de autoría (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) y plataformas LMS (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
Conocimiento profundo de modelos de diseño instruccional como ADDIE, SAM o Backward Design.
Excelentes habilidades de escritura, edición y presentación de contenido educativo.
Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de forma autónoma y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente en un entorno remoto.

Requirements Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a strong portfolio of developed learning materials.
Demonstrated expertise in applying adult learning principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM models).
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Vyond) and LMS platforms.
Experience in creating content for technical subjects, preferably in finance, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.
Strong understanding of digital finance concepts and blockchain technology.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
Experience with multimedia development tools is a plus.
