Samsara, a general leader in IoT-powered operations, seeks a Customer Success Manager to partner with our customers across Mexico remotely. You’ll craft joint success plans, drive adoption of the Samsara platform, and lead renewal discussions to maximize value and retention.
You will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams, handle multi-channel inquiries, and travel up to 30% as needed. A 2–5 year SaaS background and bilingual proficiency are required for success.
