About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to oversee operations in their retail location in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco . This position requires a leader with a strong understanding of retail sales, inventory management, and exceptional customer service principles. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive and engaging shopping environment for all customers. This is a full-time, on-site role demanding dedication and a proactive approach to management within the vibrant retail landscape of Tlaquepaque .

Key Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve individual and store sales goals.

Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts and efficient replenishment.

Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store appeal.

Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving escalated issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage store budget, control expenses, and optimize operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures,



and safety regulations.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the store team.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.

Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.

Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and inventory control.

Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in using POS systems and retail management software.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.

Availability to work adaptable hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed for store operations.
